Efficient and effective design is key to your web site. There are several rules of thumb that need to be

- Pages download quickly
- Design takes into consideration different browsers and platforms
- Pages use HTML titles and META tags
- Each page has a focal point. Pages are not cluttered and jumbled
- A consistent theme and color scheme is used to provide site branding
